Our commitment

We want anyone to be able to use this website, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

Standard we’re working to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we’ve done

• Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order
• A skip link to the main content
• Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element
• Text alternatives for images that carry meaning
• Color contrast meeting AA ratios for body text and controls
• Forms with properly associated labels and clear error messaging
• Reduced-motion preferences respected
• Touch targets sized for use on a phone

Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed, the review feed, the financing pre-qualification widget and any mapping is controlled by those providers and may not fully meet AA. We raise issues with them where we find them.
