A promise you can’t check isn’t a promise. Each of these is something you’d know immediately if we broke it.
Agreed and signed before any work begins. It doesn’t move unless you change the scope, and if we find something genuinely different behind the wall we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill.
Not a nine-hour block. We call about thirty minutes before we get there so you are not sitting at home waiting. If we miss the window, you don’t pay the diagnostic. We’re open Saturdays 8am to 5pm as well, almost nobody else around here is.
Every time the work requires one: panels, service upgrades, rewires, generators, EV circuits. You get the paperwork and the inspection sign-off. Unpermitted work is a problem when you sell and a problem with your insurer.
Not on a panel, not on a rewire, not on a generator. Plenty of contractors want money before they start. You pay us when the work is finished and you’re happy with it.
Circuits tested and hand-labelled on the way out. Drop cloths down, offcuts and packaging gone. You shouldn’t be able to tell we were there except that the thing works.
Twelve months on our labor from the day the work is finished, and it transfers with the house if you sell. The terms are written down rather than implied. Read the warranty.
