Covers the trip, the testing, a plain explanation of what’s wrong, and a written price for the work. If you go ahead whenever that is, there’s no expiration on it, the $95 comes off the total. If you don’t, you owe nothing further and you keep the written price.
And if we miss your two-hour arrival window, you don’t pay it at all.
The permit fee is inside your quoted price, not added afterwards. Coordinating the disconnect and reconnect with Alabama Power is included too.
Not on panels, rewires or generators. You pay when the work is finished.
Open 8am to 5pm, six days a week, at the same rate as a weekday.

Some jobs genuinely can’t be quoted chasing an intermittent fault through an old house is the usual one. That work is $115 an hour with a one-hour minimum, plus parts, agreed with you before we start. Everything that can be priced flat, is, because that’s how you end up paying less.
We’re an electrical contractor rather than a handyman service, so a single switch or receptacle swap on its own usually isn’t worth the call-out for either of us. If you have a list of small things, we’ll happily do them together in one visit.
Financing is available on larger work through Affirm, subject to their approval. Our price doesn’t change, but Affirm’s fee and interest are added on top. How it works.
Because finding the fault is the skilled part. An electrician who says the trip is free is recovering it inside the repair price, which means you can’t compare quotes and you can’t say no. Ours is $95, it’s credited to the work, and you can walk away after it.
