$95. That covers the trip and the diagnostic finding out what’s actually wrong and why. It’s credited against the work if you go ahead. You get a written price before anything is touched.

You get a two-hour arrival window and a phone call about thirty minutes before we get there. If we miss the window, we waive the $95 diagnostic. Not a nine-hour block, and not a text at six in the evening saying we’re rescheduling.

Always, on any work that requires one panel changes, service rebuilds, rewires, generators. We hold a master card with the City of Mobile and pull permits there regularly. The permit fee is included in your quoted price, and so is coordinating the disconnect and reconnect with Alabama Power. Un-permitted work is a problem when you sell the house, and it can void a homeowner’s policy.
